Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 4–12 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. You can also track your order at flowwells.com/tools/track at any time.
Yes — free standard shipping is included on every order to any US domestic address. There is no minimum purchase amount and no shipping fee added at checkout. FlowWells covers all standard shipping costs on your behalf. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@flowwells.com with your order number. Do not return items without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details at our Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors and other household members, and look around your building's entrance, mailbox area, or any secure drop location. If you still cannot find it, contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date at support@flowwells.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the carrier-marked delivery date may be difficult to dispute.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Email support@flowwells.com immediately with your order number and the change you need. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually accommodate address changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or redirect it — you may initiate a return after delivery under our 30-day return policy.
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@flowwells.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not discard damaged packaging or items until our team has confirmed next steps.
No. At this time, FlowWells ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not currently fulfill international orders. If you enter a non-US shipping address at checkout, the order will not be processed.
