Overview
At FlowWells, we ship wellness products that are designed to bring comfort, relief, and daily restoration into your home. Our flagship product — the Full Body Massage Mat with Heat — is a larger, carefully packed item, and we want you to know exactly how it travels from our fulfillment center to your front door.
This Shipping Policy covers every aspect of the delivery process for all orders placed on flowwells.com. We are committed to providing you with complete transparency — no hidden conditions, no vague timelines, and no surprises. All timeframes listed in this policy are expressed in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays).
Our Promise: We ship exclusively within the United States. Every order is fulfilled with care, packed securely, and tracked end-to-end. Shipping Destinations
FlowWells ships exclusively within the United States of America. We currently do not offer international shipping to any country outside the U.S. We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and military addresses as specified below.
State-specific note: Customers in California (CA), New York (NY), Texas (TX), Florida (FL), and other high-volume states typically experience delivery on the shorter end of the 4–12 business day transit window. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and remote rural ZIP codes may experience delivery at the higher end of that range.

Product Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on flowwells.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD). No currency conversion is required for U.S.-based customers. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay — there are no surprise fees added at checkout beyond applicable sales tax.

Product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price shown at the time your order is placed. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

Shipping Cost
FlowWells provides completely free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. There are no shipping tiers, surcharges, remote area fees, or fuel adjustments added to your order — ever. The shipping cost shown during checkout is always $0.00.
This includes delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. We absorb the full cost of shipping so that wellness products remain accessible to every customer across the country, regardless of their location.

Where We Ship From
FlowWells is based in Rosemount, Minnesota, USA. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based fulfillment center. All packages originate from within the United States, meaning your order never crosses an international border and you will never face import duties, customs delays, or unexpected international charges of any kind.
Business Address: FlowWells, 1051 148th St W, APT 208, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States. This is our registered business and correspondence address. Fulfillment may be handled from one or more U.S.-based warehouse locations depending on inventory availability. In all cases, your order ships from within the USA.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST / GMT-06:00), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST on a business day will begin processing on that same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST, or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, will begin processing on the next available business day.

Order Processing Time
After your order is placed and payment is successfully verified, we require 1 to 3 business days to fully process and prepare your shipment. During this period, our fulfillment team verifies your payment, picks and inspects your item, packs it securely for safe transit, generates your shipping label, and hands the package off to the carrier.
Processing times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days. The following U.S. federal holidays may affect processing and transit schedules: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Note: Processing time is separate from and in addition to transit/delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed to the carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Transit & Total Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched and the carrier has scanned it into their system, the estimated transit time is 4 to 12 business days, depending on your delivery location within the United States.

All delivery timeframes are expressed in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays) and represent estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier workload, weather conditions, peak seasons, and delivery location. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, FlowWells cannot control or guarantee the exact delivery date.
Example: An order placed on a Monday before 6:00 PM CST will begin processing that same day. If processing takes 2 business days, it will be dispatched by Wednesday. With a 4–12 business day transit window, you can expect delivery between the following Monday and the Monday two weeks later, weather and carrier conditions permitting.

Delivery Terms & Couriers
FlowWells ships all orders using standard ground shipping through reputable U.S. national carriers. Depending on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order, we use one or more of the following carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, FedEx, and/or OnTrac. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
We do not currently offer expedited, express, or overnight shipping options. All shipments are sent as standard delivery. If you need to track which carrier is handling your order, this information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Terms (DDU): All shipments are made on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis within the U.S. Because we only ship domestically, there are no import duties. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier at your specified address.
Section 10
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your delivery at any point during transit.
You can also track your order at any time using our dedicated tracking page: flowwells.com/tools/track. Enter your order number and email address to view your shipment status.
Tracking not updating? It is normal for tracking information to take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order is first scanned by the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@flowwells.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Section 11
Packaging & Order Protection
Our Full Body Massage Mat with Heat is a sizeable product that requires careful packaging to arrive in perfect condition. Every order is packed in a sturdy, reinforced outer carton with internal protective cushioning to prevent damage during handling, loading, and transit. We take great care to ensure that your product arrives exactly as it left our warehouse.
We inspect every item before it is packed and sealed. If a product does not pass our pre-shipment quality check, it will not be dispatched. Your order will only leave our fulfillment center in a condition we are fully satisfied with.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, please follow the steps outlined in Section 16 (Damaged Items Upon Arrival) of this policy.
Section 12
Address Accuracy & Verification
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your delivery address — including apartment or unit numbers, ZIP codes, and city names — before completing your purchase.
FlowWells is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
Important: Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, we are unable to reroute your package to a different address. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@flowwells.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Section 13
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation by contacting us at support@flowwells.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellations are only possible while your order is still in the processing stage — that is, before it has been dispatched and assigned a carrier tracking number.
Once an order has been handed off to a carrier and tracking has been activated, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Section 14
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at support@flowwells.com with your order number and the corrected address. Address changes are only possible before your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the shipping address is locked into the carrier's system and cannot be changed by FlowWells. In such cases, you would need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to attempt an address redirect, though this service is not guaranteed by all carriers and may carry additional fees charged by the carrier.
Section 15
Failed Deliveries & Missed Attempts
If the carrier attempts a delivery and is unable to complete it (for example, due to no one being home, an inaccessible address, or a locked building), the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery. Most carriers make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package.
If your tracking shows a failed delivery attempt, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the information on your delivery notice or the carrier's website to schedule a new delivery time, arrange a pickup, or redirect the package to a more accessible location.
If a package is returned to us following repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order will be treated in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Section 16
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
While we take great care to securely package every order, transit damage can occasionally occur due to carrier handling. If your order arrives visibly damaged, we want to make it right as quickly as possible.
Please follow these steps immediately upon receiving a damaged item:
Damage claims reported after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for resolution. Upon review of your claim, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, at our discretion and in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive your order and an item is missing or you have received the wrong product, please contact our support team at support@flowwells.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, a photo of what you received, and a description of the issue.
We will review your case promptly and arrange to send the correct or missing item at no cost to you, or provide an appropriate refund. We take full responsibility for fulfillment errors on our end and will resolve every verified case quickly and fairly.
Section 18
Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is considered potentially lost if the tracking status has shown no movement for more than 10 business days after the last carrier scan, or if the total time from dispatch exceeds 20 business days without delivery. A package is considered delayed if it is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery window.
If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@flowwells.com with your order number. We will open a formal trace investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Carrier investigations typically take 5–10 business days to complete.
Our commitment: If a carrier investigation confirms that your package is lost, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. FlowWells stands behind every order and will not leave you without a resolution. Please note that packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are handled under Section 19 (Delivery Confirmation & Package Theft).

Delivery Confirmation & Package Theft
Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered" in the tracking system, FlowWells considers the delivery obligation fulfilled. Carrier delivery scans are the official record of delivery. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend the following steps:
FlowWells is not legally liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery; however, we handle these cases individually and will do our best to assist you. Package theft incidents should also be reported to your local law enforcement.

Sales Taxes
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local tax laws. Following the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018), online retailers are required to collect and remit sales tax in states where they have established economic nexus, regardless of physical presence.
Sales tax rates vary by state and, in some cases, by county or municipality. The exact amount of tax applicable to your order will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase — you will never be charged tax that was not disclosed prior to payment.
Applicable tax rates are automatically determined based on your shipping address at the time of checkout via Shopify's tax engine. Tax rates are subject to change based on legislative updates in each state.

Invoices & Documentation
A digital order confirmation and receipt is automatically sent to your email address immediately after your purchase is completed. This email serves as your purchase receipt and includes your order number, itemized product details, pricing, applied taxes, and shipping information.
We do not include a printed paper invoice or packing slip inside the shipment box by default. If you require a formal invoice for expense reporting, business records, or any other purpose, please contact us at support@flowwells.com with your order number and we will generate one for you.
Because all of our shipments originate within the USA and are delivered domestically, there are no customs invoices, import documentation, or cross-border declarations required for any FlowWells order.

Sustainable Packaging
At FlowWells, we are conscious of our environmental impact. We are committed to using packaging materials that are either recyclable, biodegradable, or made from recycled content wherever possible. Our outer cartons are made from corrugated cardboard, which is one of the most widely recycled packaging materials in the United States.
We actively work to minimize excess packaging while maintaining the structural integrity needed to protect your product during transit. We do not use styrofoam loose-fill packaging and aim to reduce single-use plastics in our supply chain.
How you can help: Once your order arrives, we encourage you to flatten and recycle your cardboard box at your local recycling facility. Please check your local municipal recycling guidelines for accepted materials, as programs vary by state and county.

Security & Fraud Prevention
All transactions on flowwells.com are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure, which uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your personal and financial data. FlowWells does not store, access, or process your full credit card details — all payment data is handled directly by our payment processors.
To protect both our customers and our business from fraud, FlowWells employs automated fraud detection tools. In some cases, we may contact you to verify your order or identity before processing. Orders that fail our fraud screening may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
We will never ask you to provide sensitive payment information over email or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from FlowWells requesting payment details, please do not respond and report it to us immediately at support@flowwells.com. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak shopping seasons and around major U.S. holidays, processing and transit times may be longer than the standard estimates listed in this policy. Carrier networks experience significantly higher package volumes during these periods, which can affect dispatch timelines, scanning updates, and final delivery.
The following periods are known to cause shipping delays across all U.S. carriers:
We recommend placing orders well in advance of any date-sensitive needs during these peak periods. We will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience during high-demand seasons. Carrier delays are outside our direct control once a package has been handed off.
