Yes. FlowWells provides free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value, no qualifying conditions, and no promo code required. Shipping costs are fully absorbed by FlowWells on all domestic orders.
You will never see a shipping charge added at checkout. The only additional amount that may appear beyond the product price is applicable state sales tax, which is calculated transparently before you confirm your order.
FlowWells ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time — all orders must have a delivery address within the United States.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer than the standard 4–12 business day window due to carrier routing. If your order appears delayed, you can check your tracking status at flowwells.com/tools/track or contact us at support@flowwells.com.
Your order goes through two stages before it reaches your door:
Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on a business day are processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time: Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 4–12 business days depending on your location within the United States. Customers in the continental US generally receive orders toward the lower end of that range.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving that email for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Simply click the link in that email to see real-time delivery updates.
You can also track your order at any time using our dedicated tracking tool: flowwells.com/tools/track. Enter your order number and email address to view the latest status.
Please note: tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If tracking still shows no movement after 48 hours, contact us at support@flowwells.com and we will look into it.
Before contacting us, please take the following steps, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a few hours before they physically arrive:
1. Check around your front door, back porch, garage, mailbox, and any nearby secure drop spots. 2. Check with neighbors and other household members. 3. Wait 24 hours — occasionally a "delivered" scan precedes physical delivery.
If you still cannot locate your package after taking those steps, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@flowwells.com. Include your order number and we will file a carrier investigation on your behalf. Reports submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a carrier claim.
We work hard to meet our standard delivery estimates of 4–12 business days. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — severe weather events, carrier capacity issues during peak periods (such as holidays), or disruptions to carrier networks.
If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you by email. You can also monitor your shipment at any time via your tracking link. If your order appears stuck with no tracking movement for more than 5 business days after shipping, contact us at support@flowwells.com and we will escalate the issue with the carrier on your behalf.
No, FlowWells does not ship internationally at this time. We are a US-based store and ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not fulfill orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or any other country.
All orders must be shipped to a valid US street address. We are unable to ship to international freight forwarders, reshipping services, or PO Boxes used as relay points to international destinations.
FlowWells offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. This window begins on the date of the carrier's delivery confirmation, not the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).
Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or were returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email us at support@flowwells.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You do not need to pay for return shipping — we cover that cost.
Important: Do not ship items back to us before receiving approval and a return label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the approval date.
After we issue the refund, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account — typically 3–5 business days for most US banks. This processing time is controlled by your financial institution and is outside our control.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen the credit on your statement, contact us at support@flowwells.com with your order number and we will follow up immediately.
We are sorry to hear that. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
Email support@flowwells.com with your order number and clear photos of: the damaged or defective item, the original packaging, and the shipping label. This information allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and arrange a resolution — whether that is a replacement, a repair, or a full refund.
Damage or defect claims should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery. We recommend inspecting your order on the day it arrives to ensure timely resolution.
FlowWells currently processes exchanges through a two-step process rather than a direct swap. The fastest way to get the product you want is to:
1. Initiate a standard return for your current item by emailing support@flowwells.com. 2. Once your return is accepted and in transit, place a separate order on flowwells.com for the item you want.
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without having to wait for your return to be processed first. Your original order will be refunded to your payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
No. For all approved returns, FlowWells provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once your return request is approved, we will email you the label and instructions on how to package and send your item back to us.
You should not purchase your own return shipping label — use only the label we provide. Using a third-party label may result in the package being undeliverable to our facility.
If your return request is not approved — for example, because the return window has passed, the item shows signs of use, or original packaging is missing — we will notify you by email with the reason. We will not issue a refund for items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in our Refund Policy.
If you disagree with a return decision or believe there has been a misunderstanding, you are welcome to respond to our email or contact us at support@flowwells.com. We review every case individually and are committed to treating every customer fairly.
FlowWells accepts 12 payment methods, all processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment infrastructure:
Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on your device and browser. If a digital wallet option does not appear at your checkout, all card-based methods listed above are accepted unconditionally.
Your payment method is charged at the time you complete your order on flowwells.com — not when your order ships. This is standard practice for e-commerce stores operating on the Shopify platform.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is processed. This email serves as your receipt and includes your order number, items purchased, total amount charged, and billing and shipping information.
Your charge will appear on your statement as FLOWWELLS or a variation of that name. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we are happy to verify any transaction at support@flowwells.com.
No. FlowWells does not add processing fees, handling fees, packaging fees, or any other surcharges to your order. The price displayed on the product page is what you pay for the product. Shipping is free. There are no hidden costs.
The only additional amount that may appear at checkout is applicable state sales tax, which is calculated transparently based on your delivery address and shown to you before you confirm your order. Tax is never added after your order is submitted.
We also do not artificially inflate our prices before showing a "discount." Any promotional pricing reflects a genuine, temporary reduction from our standard retail price.
Yes. All transactions on flowwells.com are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment infrastructure — the highest level of payment security certification available in the industry. Your card data is never stored on our servers.
Every page on flowwells.com uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our store. Shopify's built-in fraud analysis and 3D Secure authentication add an additional layer of protection against unauthorized transactions.
In currencies terms, all prices are in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a non-US card, your bank applies their exchange rate — FlowWells has no control over foreign currency conversion fees.
Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your state. FlowWells collects and remits sales tax in states where we have a legal obligation to do so under US nexus rules — including states where we meet economic nexus thresholds established following the Supreme Court's ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018).
Tax is calculated based on your delivery address and the applicable state and local tax rate for your location. The exact tax amount is displayed transparently at checkout before you confirm your order — you will never be surprised by a tax charge after completing your purchase.
If you are shopping from a state with no sales tax (such as Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware, or Alaska), no sales tax will be applied to your order.
All transactions on flowwells.com are conducted in United States Dollars (USD). Every price displayed on our product pages, in the cart, and at checkout is stated in USD. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies.
If your card is issued outside the United States, your card issuer will convert the USD amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. FlowWells has no control over any foreign currency conversion fees charged by your bank. We recommend checking with your card issuer regarding international transaction fees before placing your order.
FlowWells may offer optional subscription arrangements for eligible products. Subscriptions are always opt-in only — you will never be enrolled in a recurring billing plan without explicitly choosing to do so. Subscriptions are clearly labeled at checkout and are never the default purchase option.
If you have opted into a subscription, you can view, modify, pause, or cancel it at any time. Cancellation requests submitted before your next billing date will prevent the next charge from occurring. Our full subscription terms are detailed in our Subscription Policy.
If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@flowwells.com with your order number. We process orders within 1–3 business days, and we can usually accommodate changes if the order has not yet been submitted for shipment.
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel the order mid-transit. In that case, you may refuse delivery or return the item once it arrives, per our Refund Policy.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as your payment is processed. If you did not receive one:
1. Check your spam or junk mail folder — automated emails from online stores sometimes land there. 2. Search your inbox for emails from support@flowwells.com or "FlowWells." 3. Verify that you entered the correct email address during checkout.
If you still cannot find your confirmation email, contact us at support@flowwells.com with your name and the approximate date of your order. We can look up your order and resend your confirmation.
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet been submitted for shipment. Contact us immediately at support@flowwells.com with your order number and the corrected address. We process orders within 1–3 business days, so quick action gives us the best chance to update your address before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to redirect the package. In that case, you would need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to see if a delivery redirect is available through their service — though this is not guaranteed.
You will receive your tracking number via email within 1–3 business days of placing your order — as soon as your package is prepared and submitted to the carrier. This email will include a tracking link you can click directly to see your shipment's progress.
Once you receive your tracking number, allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update and show movement. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, contact us at support@flowwells.com.
We sincerely apologize for any fulfillment error. If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@flowwells.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
We will arrange to collect the incorrect item using a prepaid return label and ship your correct order as quickly as possible. You will not be charged anything additional for a fulfillment error — all costs associated with correcting a wrongly sent item are covered by FlowWells.
