FlowWells sells consumer wellness products designed for at-home personal care, massage therapy, muscle recovery, and physical relaxation. Our current product lineup includes the FlowWells Full Body Massage Mat with Heat, a multi-function recovery system priced at $249.95 USD.
FlowWells Full Body Massage Mat with Heat
A full-length massage mat featuring ten vibration points across the back, hips, and thighs, with an integrated shiatsu rolling pillow for neck and shoulder relief. For use on couches, beds, recliners, or floors.
Detachable Heat Kneading Pillow
A removable shiatsu kneading pillow that operates independently on any chair, car seat, or surface. Features optional heat settings for deep muscle penetration. Suitable for neck, shoulder, and lower-back use.
Foot & Calf Massager with Heat
A deep-kneading roller system for feet, calves, and arms. Adjustable heat settings deliver targeted relief after long days. Part of the complete FlowWells Full-Body Relief System.
Product Classification: All FlowWells products are classified as consumer personal-care and wellness devices. They are physical goods shipped to the purchaser's address. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. See Section 10 for our full Product Disclaimer. Pricing Transparency & Sales Tax
All prices on flowwells.com are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). The price shown on each product page is the complete product price. We never artificially inflate list prices to display fictitious discounts. What you see is what you pay for the item itself.
Price Display
All prices are shown in USD, inclusive of the product cost. No hidden charges are applied to the base product price.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is provided free of charge on all orders to all US addresses. No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and displayed clearly before you confirm your order. No sales tax surprises after purchase.
Total Charges
The order summary page before payment shows your item total, any applicable sales tax, and a $0.00 shipping line. Your card is charged only after you click "Place Order."
Sales Tax Nexus Notice (Post-Wayfair Compliance): Following the US Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018), FlowWells collects sales tax in any US state where we have established a sufficient economic nexus under that state's tax laws. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. If your state applies a sales tax exemption to wellness or personal care devices, that exemption will be reflected in the checkout calculation where applicable. Shipping & Delivery Policy Summary
FlowWells ships exclusively within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase amount, no qualifying conditions. This applies to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. The full details are published in our Shipping Policy.
Order Placed
You place your order on flowwells.com. A confirmation email is sent to you immediately.
Processing (1–3 Business Days)
Your order is verified, packed, and prepared for shipment. Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Shipped + Tracking Sent
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your package is handed to the carrier. Track anytime at flowwells.com/tools/track.
Delivered (4–12 Business Days)
Estimated transit time after shipment is 4–12 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time from order placement is up to 15 business days.
Delivery Issues: If your order shows a "Delivered" status but has not arrived, please contact us at support@flowwells.com within 7 calendar days of the reported delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. FlowWells is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Read our complete Shipping Policy for all terms.
Section 5
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
FlowWells offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We believe in making returns straightforward and without unnecessary friction. The full policy is available at our Refund Policy page.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in original packaging with all included accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@flowwells.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your request.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before the order has entered the processing or fulfilment stage. Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flowwells.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, have missing parts, are damaged due to misuse, or are returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. We assess each return individually and will communicate clearly if there is an issue.

Payment Methods, Security & Billing
All payments on flowwells.com are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment infrastructure — the highest standard of payment security in the industry. FlowWells does not store, view, or have access to your full payment card number at any point. View our Payment Policy for complete details.

When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt immediately after your payment is processed.
Bank Statement Description
The charge on your bank or credit card statement will appear as "FLOWWELLS" or similar. If you have questions about a charge, contact us before disputing with your bank.
Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). International cards may be subject to foreign transaction fees applied by your card issuer — this is outside our control.
Data Security
All data transmitted during checkout is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. FlowWells does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers at any time.

We comply with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

CAN-SPAM Act Compliance
All commercial emails sent by FlowWells comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional order emails (confirmations, shipping notifications) are sent only to customers who have placed orders.

Consumer Product Safety

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@flowwells.com. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly and quickly, often faster than the chargeback process.

California — CCPA, Proposition 65 & Consumer Protection
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information FlowWells collects about them; (2) request deletion of their personal information; (3) opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information; (4) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA): California consumers are protected against unfair or deceptive acts in transactions for goods primarily for personal, family, or household use. FlowWells' products fall within this category, and we conduct all business in a manner consistent with CLRA requirements.
New York — Consumer Protection Law & SHIELD Act
New York General Business Law § 349 & § 350: New York residents are protected against deceptive business practices and false advertising. All product descriptions, pricing, and promotional materials on flowwells.com are accurate, transparent, and compliant with these statutes.
SHIELD Act (Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security): FlowWells maintains reasonable data security safeguards to protect the private information of New York residents, including encryption, access controls, and secure data handling practices consistent with the SHIELD Act requirements.
Texas — Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA)
Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 17: Texas residents are protected under the DTPA against false, misleading, or deceptive acts in commerce. FlowWells represents all products honestly and does not engage in any deceptive acts or omissions. Florida — Unfair & Deceptive Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA)
Florida Statutes § 501.201: Florida residents are protected against unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts in commerce under FDUTPA. FlowWells conducts all advertising, pricing, and product representation in a manner that is fair, accurate, and non-deceptive under Florida law. Virginia — VCDPA (Consumer Data Protection Act)
Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act: Virginia residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, as well as the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising. Colorado — Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
Colorado Privacy Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-1301 et seq.): Colorado residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data. Minnesota — Our Home State (Consumer Protection Statutes)
Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act (Minn. Stat. § 325F.69): FlowWells is headquartered in Rosemount, Minnesota. We operate in full compliance with the Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act, which prohibits fraud, false pretense, false promises, and misrepresentations in connection with the sale of merchandise.
